Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

By accessing or using https://alltaxcalc.com (AllTaxCalc), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

AllTaxCalc provides a free take-home pay calculator for Canadians. It's an educational estimator intended to help you plan, negotiate, or understand your after-tax income. It is not a substitute for professional tax, financial, or legal advice.

2. Not tax or financial advice

All figures shown by the calculator are estimates based on published CRA and provincial rates. Real tax outcomes depend on your specific situation — deductions, credits, other income, dependants, and more. Always consult a qualified professional (CPA, tax advisor, financial planner) before making decisions based on the calculator's output.

3. No guarantee of accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep tax rates current and correct. However, we make no warranties that the Site is error-free, current, or fit for any particular purpose. You use the calculator at your own risk. If you spot an error, please let us know.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllTaxCalc and its operators will not be liable for any loss (including tax underpayments, penalties, missed opportunities, or lost profits) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content on it.

5. Third-party services

The Site uses Google AdSense for advertising, Web3Forms for the contact form, and may link to affiliate partners. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms.

6. Intellectual property

The design, code, layout, and written content on AllTaxCalc are the property of AllTaxCalc and protected by copyright. You may share links to pages, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse substantial portions without written permission. Tax bracket data itself, being government-published, is not owned by us.

7. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to abuse, scrape, deface, or reverse-engineer the Site, and don't use it to attempt anything illegal. We reserve the right to block users who do.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in Ontario courts.
